Mili: just ask, Mili adds it

Sometimes the fastest way to add something is to just say it. "Dentist for Mia next Tuesday at 3 pm", "When is the next parents' evening?", "Mrs Becker's phone number": that is what Mili is for.

What Mili does

• Looks things up. Mili searches your events, tasks, reminders, contacts, notes and documents and answers with links that take you straight to the entry.
• Adds things. Mili creates events, tasks, reminders, notes and contacts right away. Routines too, like "take out the glass recycling every Monday".
• Changes things. "Make it 6 pm" or "move it to Friday" is enough. Mili knows which entry you mean.
• Talk instead of typing. Tap the microphone and say what you need. The text lands in the input field first, so you can check it.

Every entry shows up as a card. From there you can open it, make a quick edit or, if Mili just created it, remove it again with Undo. Deleting is up to you: instead of deleting, Mili links the entry.

Your data

Mili uses Mistral AI in the EU. Only you see your chats, you can delete them at any time, and they disappear on their own 30 days after the last message. Voice recordings are not stored.

Where to find Mili

On the web, use the round Mili button next to the dock or the one in the header. In the app, use the round button next to the tab bar. Mili is part of the Famili subscription.
